3. Services & ordering
Our core offering includes bespoke WordPress websites and related digital services for UK businesses. Published prices (including “£100” presentation packages where advertised) are indicative of standard packages; final scope, timeline and fees are agreed in writing (email counts) before work begins.
Pay after delivery means you pay the agreed fee once we deliver the agreed work subject to your approval as described in your order — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely content, feedback, access credentials and approvals reasonably needed to complete the project. Delays in supplying materials may affect delivery dates.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment of agreed fees, ownership of the bespoke website design and client-specific assets created for you transfers as set out in your project agreement. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts or stock assets remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss (including loss of profit, data or goodwill). Our total liability arising from any project is generally limited to the fees paid by you for that project in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels or business results.
7. Hosting & third parties
Where we assist with hosting, domains or third-party tools, separate terms apply between you and those providers. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
8. Privacy
Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
